Using cars and trucks for publicity purposes has a long tradition.

The French car designer Philippe Charbonneaux made a lot of this kind of extravagant vehicles.

Charbonneaux designed this futuristic publicity vehicle for Bic Pen Company in 1955. It was built on a Citron U55 chassis by Coachwork Le Bastard, Rouen.

It was powered 6 cylinder diesel engine (own make by Citron).
