Elephant Ears, African Mask

A tropical plant that grows up tofifteen feet tall and eight feet wide. This plant can grow extremely fast in the right conditions, but they are also sensitive plants. Alocasia grows well in big pots; they can thrive in the summertime and then be brought indoors in the winter. Fertilize once a month during spring and summer, growing season. Alocasias go dormant inwinter and the leaves drop. Alsocasias are susceptible to spider mites, check the plant periodically. The leaves are toxic to humans and animals.
